The Employment Profile
The Employment profile was designed to give the applicant insight into their
personality, character and talent traits. The report will provide areas
where the applicant maybe weak or too strong and will also provide insight
as to "how to survive the interview" based on these traits.
Example:
Tom is a great web designer but he's not much at making
small talk or putting himself on display as in an interview. The employment
agency has had him on five interviews and no offers. They know it's not
because of his talents. He's not rude, dresses well but something is leaving
him out of the hiring decision.
The agency gives Tom an Employee Profile that shows his
character and talent traits and reviews them with him. He may not be very
out going so the report will ask him to speak up more and look the
interviewer in the eye when talking. He is very artistic and creative so the
report will suggest bring some past work and any letters of accomplishments
with him to the interview and show the interviewer just how good he is. The
report will help Tom understand what the interviewer is looking for and how
he should handle it.
Most people are nervous at an interview but some people
fall apart. We could all use some help on how to act based on our character
and talent traits and help us present ourselves in the best possible way.
This report is used by employment agencies, schools,
churches and anyone else that needs to deal with helping people get a job.
