Hiring the right people with our testing system

"Right Hires" are individuals who have the skills, motivation, and work ethic to excel in the position. They literally make you thousands of dollars. They have the "instinct" that pushes them to succeed and the seemingly natural compatibility with the duties of the position. You probably have some in your company and wish you could clone them. Until genetic engineering is perfected, the "Plus-32" testing system is the best approach. The process is simple. Clients test their "best people" with the Personality Profile to determine which traits and talents make them the best in their position. Once tested, our Benchmark Program assists you in creating a Right Hire Standard by which to measure applicants. With this "Benchmark" you save time and money by interviewing only those applicants that meet your standard. Further, since the results provide you with in depth interview questions, your interviewing time is more focused and productive. When combined with reference and background checks, the power of the process lets you weed out the bad and hire the Right Hires.

Our Windows based testing system consists of 18 testing programs integrated into one easy to use system. You run reports on your computer and have the results in minutes. Whether you purchase report credits or an unlimited use lease, you may use any of the nine testing programs. They are:

Personality Profile - gives you a complete picture of the applicant’s or employee’s strengths and weaknesses. This test assesses the applicant’s personality type and 18 different job related traits. The 1 to 18 page report explains the individual’s strengths and weaknesses provides in depth interview questions to allow you to explore potential problem areas. The Consistency Index indicates when the applicant is trying to sway the results. The Benchmark feature allows you to measure the applicant’s strengths and weaknesses against your best employees in the position or department.

Theory behind the Personality Profile

Sales Aptitude Test - The Sales Test weeds out the "clerks" from the "closures". It assesses an individual’s level of sales skills and knowledge. Skill level and knowledge are measured separately to identify improvement areas and facilitate training. Some of the areas measured are:
     Cold Calling - Knocking on doors and being aggressive
     Tele-Marketing - Making the calls and setting the appointment
      Qualifying - Knowing who to sell, what to sell, and when to pass
      Presentation - Knowing the correct way to convey the information
      Overcoming Objections - Knowing what to say and when to say it
      Closing - Knowing how to close and when to be quiet
      Assertiveness - The ability to control to sales
      Ethics In Sales
This test consists of 51 multiple choice questions and RED FLAGS areas of concern. You can change or edit the most correct answer to reflect your company’s selling style.

Partner Profile - Companies often use this profile to match mentors and new hires to jump start new hire success. It assesses the compatibility of employees or executives that need to work together. The second profile is used in personal relationships.

Employment Profile - is designed to help individuals understand their strengths and weaknesses better. It also instructs them on how to make a good impression in an interview. This program is often used by individuals in search of a job or outplacement firms helping their clients or to help an employee that is having problems.

Custom Aptitude Test - is unique in that you design it. The Custom program allows you to design multiple choice tests for any area of knowledge needed. Each test consists of up to 60 questions and answers and is scored automatically. Many clients use this tool as a training yardstick, testing new employees after their initial training to see if additional training is necessary. Eight pre-designed custom tests are included with the system or you may write your own.

Memory Retention Program - tests an individuals ability to retain names, numbers and specifications. It also helps divide training classes into groups for quicker knowledge assimilation and improved retention.

IQ Test - Many applicants have the personality and the skills to do the job, but not the intelligence or reasoning abilities. This is the standard I.Q. test and measures an applicant’s level of intelligence and reasoning abilities.

Team Design Program - is utilized to design and build a team of compatible Right Hires. It allows you to select the best team members from your employee and applicant database by job function and their Personality Profile scores. Results provide specific information on:
    
What motivates each team member and how to best manage them
    
How to best communicate with each team member
     
Potential conflicts with other team members

System Requirements -32 bit
The system needs a minimum of a Pentium IBM compatible running Windows 95 or above with at least 64 megs of memory and a VGA monitor and a mouse. A sound card and modem is optional. The system will take up 12 megs of space on your hard drive and will use an additional 500k for each new applicant. The tests may be taken from the computer or via hard copy and entered later. All tests, reports and documents may be faxed or E-mailed directly from the system, if you have a fax modem installed and/or on the internet. Our new Internet testing program is all web based and need no software.

Customer Support

Each system includes free test interpretation support for 90 days, and free technical support for computer/programming questions for 90 days. The Management Book explains how to read and administer the assessments. It also explains in depth the personality types and how to best motivate and manage them.
