Plus-32™ Support center Common support questions and solutions Q: Your system is so large with so many features, I don't know if I'm using it correctly. Can you help me? A: We are here to help you use our system successfully and correctly. Please call us with any questions or problems. We are not successful if you are not successful. Q: I need to E-mail a report to another location. How do I do it. A: You can email formatted reports right from our system by clicking the "make PDF file" on the applicant info screen. The report will be saved in the PDF files folder under the Plus32 directory. Each test will be labeled with the applicants name and test taken. You may also publish reports on the web with the HTML selection on the applicant info page. The html file will be placed in the HTML folder with the applicants name and test taken. Q: When I print a report, the top has a big black bar and no applicant information. Whats wrong ? A: You have the "use shaded boxes" checked in your setup program and your printer is not a color printer or it is set to print very dark. Click the computer setup icon in the Features/Utilities screen and uncheck "use shaded boxes" Also, do this if you are faxing reports. Q: I want to move the system to another computer. How do I do this without losing report credits and information ? A: First, do a full backup using our backup icon in the Features/Utilities screen. Second, make sure you have the latest version of our software installed on the new computer. Third, be in front of the "OLD" computer with the system running and call us. We will un-install the old system and make sure you have all the information saved. We will then help you update your new system with the report credits and information. All this takes about 15 minutes. Q: I had a hard drive crash. What do I do ? A: If you didnt do a recent backup, there is nothing you or we can do. You will have to reload the system and purchase more credits. If you have a lease package, we can re-install the lease or if you did a backup, follow the instructions in the above answer. Q: Is there an easy way to transpose the numbers from a hard copy sales test to the program? A: Yes. First, download the sales answer sheet which provides 51 spaces on one page to enter the answers. You will not have to print out an 11 page test sheet each time. Next, use our transpose program in the Features/Utilities to enter the numbers. This is the easy way. Q: Can I place the tests on my web page? A: Yes, the personality profile and sales aptitude may be placed on your web or Intranet site. The test information and answers will be Emailed to you for scoring. To download the html files necessary to do this, Click here Q: Can I change the hard copy test sheets with my logo and information? A: Yes. All the test sheet files are located in the \Plus32 folder on your computer in MS word format. Just use the explorer program to find the one you want and double click on it. You may make any changes you like to the formatting but not the questions or test words. Q: Can we network your system? A: Yes. You will need at least a 100 report package or a lease. We can then help you network the program to as many workstations as you need without charge. Q: Can we buy reports and split them between different computers? A: Yes. We can split 50 report packages and up between computers in the same location at no charge. If you wish to split them with another location there is a minimal charge for each location.
