This is your Employee profile report. We hope this report will help you in your quest for a job. It is very important to know what an interviewer is looking for in the interview. Know what you should and should not say and how to act in the interview. You can't always be yourself and get the job. So read on and good luck in getting that job !

The five types of personalities reviewed are:
1: The  A  personality - very strong, decisive, independent, a good leader, unemotional, decisive.
2: The  B  personality - Great personality, has good sense of humor. Talkative and enthusiastic.
3: The  C  personality - Deep and thoughtful, analytical, perfectionist and sensitive to others.
4: The  D  personality - Low key personality, competent, calm patient, and consistent.
5: The  E  personality - An equal combination of all 4 personalities.

No one person is ever only one of the above but is a mixture of all four groups. The chart will show the main characteristics and traits you have . If the percentage is 30 % or more, then you are very much like that group. You will also have a secondary score that will influence your personality.

This report is very blunt and we don't wish to offend anyone. You need to know what the interviewer is looking for. The applicant with the most education or experience does not always get the job. Many less qualified people have been chosen because of their personalities.

No Employer wants a person that has major personality flaws, no matter how qualified they are. An  interviewer will look for flaws in your personality or traits that don't fit his group's style. If you have been on a number of interviews that didn't work out, you can bet you showed some traits the interviewer didn't like. If you disagree with the report, ask a friend if you are like this. You might be surprised.

Remember, you answered the questions. If you were honest with yourself, then this is what other people see. If you were not honest, then this report is not worth much. We truly hope to help you in your quest for a job.

A FINAL NOTE

A professional interviewer will look for flaws and test the applicant. For instance, if you show you might be emotional, or strong willed, the interviewer might choose a subject that you feel strongly about and disagree with you. He will catch you off guard to see how you will react in that type of situation. If you overreact, you will not be hired.

There are many different ways an interviewer will test you. You must be at your best to even have a chance. Sometimes less qualified people are hired because they will fit the company style  better than others more qualified in education or experience.

None of this report is written in stone. Everyone is unique and must read between the lines to get any value from it. This report is based on your answers and compared with known facts about interviewing.

We hope you have learned something about yourself and will apply this knowledge in your day to day life. There is no sense getting a position by acting differently, then going  back to your old ways. Learn all you can, apply it and go onward and upward. Again, Good Luck.
