 This is the last update to our desk top system. We have had over 90 updates since 1987 and with Windows 7 being 64 bit it would take too much to re-program all 22 exe files in a new language. This version may be used with XP or Windows 7 in virtual PC mode. We now have our internet program and will be working on it with new updates.

The following are some of the changes and features you can look forward to:

  We have fixed the Adobe printing problem. You will need the full download to fix this problem.

  We are designing an Emotional IQ. test. This will be out soon.

  We are working on a Management test that will be in one of the 5.x updates.  

1- We have re-designed the main screen so more information now shows and all the features, utilities and programs show on screen.

2- We have added a HTML and PDF printer function which allows you to create a web page or PDF file from any of the reports. This will allow you to email the report to anyone in the world or post them to your web site.

3- We have added a web view feature which will show all HTML and PDF files and allow you to view or email the reports right from the program or make a web page.

4- We have added an "employee" report. This report is meant for existing employees and will help them and a manager or supervisor review their personality and extreme traits. The report will help them deal with the extreme traits they have and will help both supervisor and employee understand each other. Problem employees will now know how their extreme traits affect others and how to control them. This report is also used for employee performance reviews.

5- All reports now have more chart boxes which enhances the total professional look of the reports.

6- The benchmark program has had a complete update with new features to help you develop benchmarks.

7- The Sales test has been reworked for better formatting and editing. Making a custom sales answer file is as easy as 123.

8- We have added a security feature to the Setup program. The backup files, change drives, get a saved applicant and whole setup may be secured. We also added a "skip splash" for our introduction screen so the program loads faster.

9- We added a simple Group number report program so you can now account for each credit run by your various groups.
